Hoo boy, I could use some of that mediator energy AND ripeness right about now... 🫠

Jenna what a wonderful pairing. As you know, I totally resonate with liminality. And it is here in plenitude by what the Mediator and the 9ofP create together. In our world so drawn into opposing forces, what a significant teaching that we can find abundance in the coming together. I believe there is a wealth beyond our wildness imaginations by focusing on win-win outcomes. And it is challenging because there is a liminal tension, pushing us past our own limitations and beliefs. Hard at times to not cling to these opinions and to truly feel into and listen to the other side. And there resides the alchemy for meaningful change. Jenna, this is a really good one!!!

Thank you so much, Julie! Yes to everything you said here! You have beautifully encapsulated what I was going for. And I love that you used the word alchemy. That's the perfect word for the medicine of this pairing. Thank you for that!

Jenna, this is getting weird (in a very deep, good way). Since I started reading your Sunday posts regularly, everything you write seems to resonate with what's going on in my life, sometimes even uncannily accurate.

As it does today. It was just last night that I awoke from a dilemma and found again that the principle "both are true" applies so often (I have learnt that repeatedly in the past, and even more so recently). I can't tell if what is happening is also part of ripeness, if it is indeed coming to fruition, it's still a bit soon to tell; but it feels as if it might, with the mediation job accomplished maybe for the first time in my life. I'm talking about emotional impulses and patterns in my private life, nothing professional or institutional. Thank you so much, and I'll keep reading!

💕💕💕 Yay! I love this, Zoe, thank you so much! Oh my gosh, yes, "both are true". That right there is wisdom, isn't it? And when we can hold that fullness of truth and allow for something to ripen out of it, it's really next-level perception. Thank you again for your comment here! Now I feel even more excited about this week's message! 🤗

This is something to ponder for me this week, I don’t feel the immediate ‘aha’ connection I usually do (which probably means there’s some undercover work to do here 😆)

Hi Kerry! 🤗 I hear you, I was having the same kind of feelings. So then I did a sort of visualization with myself as the Mediator between my nervous system on one side and my to-do list on the other. Although it’s super silly, I found it tremendously helpful so I thought I’d share it. If nothing else, you might get a good chuckle from it. Lol. 😂

When I first sat down with Nervous System and To-do List, they were harping at each other. Nervous System said, “I just can’t deal with you anymore, To-do List. I can’t. I want out.”

And To-do List replied, “Ugh! Because of you, we’re never fulfilled!”

Then I stepped in and said, “Okay, both of you, look at me. We’re going to find a way to take this tension between you and make it into something juicy. Nervous System, instead of just quitting, might there be one piece of To-do List that you have the capacity for? And, To-do List, instead of needing your entirety fulfilled, is it possible for you to prioritize? Out of this, is there one thing you can both get really excited about?”

Nervous System realized that when To-do List asked for things one-at-a-time, she could feel excited about each one rather than frazzled. And when Nervous System showed willingness this way, To-do List realized she could experience the fulfillment she longed for, even just one piece at a time.

After that, I could see them holding the tension between them that really was harmonic instead of conflicting. For the first time in a long time, I felt enthusiastic about bringing some of my projects to fruition.
